Goals development & analysis

This service is a thorough and refined process to help you identify goals, set achievable and measureable yardsticks along the way, and includes a follow up process to keep you on the right path to success.  We provide the documentation, perspective, and feedback throughout.  We help you aim, plan, and guide you to achieving your goal.

Bronze, Silver or Gold coached athletes receive this service within each monthly plan.

Power testing & power profile analysis

This service is offered for those athletes with a power meter wanting to obtain and understand their FTP (functional threshold power), receive professional feedback on each test, establish power and heart rate training zones, and to understand their unique power profile.  The coach will guide the athlete through a three-day testing process and follow up with a thorough analysis to show how best to use the information for training specificity.  The athlete will know his or her strengths and weaknesses in regards to their power profile, and how to best proceed with a training plan to reach their goals.  Follow up tests are $15 each.  Add our Goals Development & Analysis plan for just $39.

Quarterly block plan 

The quarterly block plan is for the athlete on a tight budget that wants training guidance, but does not need any oversight or coach interaction.  The block plan will be contingent upon the goals of the athlete with a specific plan prescribed for that athlete's power profile, not a cookie cutter template.

Rates

Bronze

This plan caters to those athletes with multiple key events that require greater training specificity, and desire some contact and oversight by the coach.  A specific custom training plan will be developed based on rider goals. Overall rider development is the focus to build the necessary skills for future success and reach the next desired level.

  • Workout feedback via email, as necessary

  • One plan revision per month

  • One phone call per month

SILVER

This plan is for the competitor requiring focus and attention all year around.  A full custom training plan design from the off-season to end of competition season is expected.  At this level there is regular interaction between coach and athlete.  You seek the most out of your abilities while making a steady progression towards your full potential.

  • Weekly power analysis with necessary feedback

  • Two plan revisions per month

GOLD

This plan is for the athlete seeking daily feedback and accountability from the coach as they strive to reach their full potential and achieve their goals. The relationship between the coach and athlete will be filled with maximum necessary interaction.
